Do you prefinish your woodwork?
Yes, Mill-Rite will prefinish all stain grade woodwork at our plant prior to installation. Any item that is specified as paint grade woodwork will be primed and final paint will be by others.

Do you install your woodwork?
Yes, Mill-Rite is responsible for the installation of their products and there will be a working superintendent employed by Mill-Rite on every project to oversee a quality installation.

Do you have a moulding profile catalog?
No. Mill-Rite started a catalog several years ago, but found that it would be outdated with a few months of each printing. Since Mill-Rite custom grinds their own knives for milling wood in the moulding machine, any profile that is desired can be achieved.

Do you provide architectural woodwork for the residential community or homeowner?
Yes, We provide all our services to high end "One Of A Kind" quality custom home builders and owners.

Mill-Rite contracts with general contractors and construction managers throughout the State of Florida and the Southeastern United States.

Do you provide your own delivery?
Yes, Mill-Rite has a fleet of trucks for local deliveries and utilizes freight companies on large installations if necessary.

Do you subcontract any of your work?
Mill-Rite is a full-service provider of custom architectural woodwork, custom casework and solid surface materials. However, if we are asked to provide glass, mirror, or metals that is integral to our woodwork, Mill-Rite will contract with others to provide the item but will install it to our work. Mill-Rite also networks with many large Architects. Mill-Rite installs throughout the Southeast United States

Do you provide marble or stone?
Considered on a project to project basis

Do you provide and/or install doors and hardware?
Mill-Rite only provides custom doors that are of a unique size or shape. If Mill-Rite provides the door, then Mill-Rite will install the door. Hardware is typically excluded.

Do you provide in-wall wood blocking?
No. However, Mill-Rite will mark up a set of shop drawings for the carpenter on where in-wall blocking is required.

Do you provide in-house design for clients?
Yes. The initial design is provided to Mill-Rite from an outside source. Mill-Rite is asked to help the design team with making their vision a reality in fine-tuning the design in the form of shop drawings.

What grades of finish do you provide, economy, custom or premium?
Mill-Rite is certified by the Architectural Woodwork Institute for premium grade millwork. All products are built to these quality standards.

Do you provide exterior wood doors and windows?
No
