Mill-Rite Woodworking Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1966 as Mill-Rite, Inc. Robert and Jennifer Clark purchased Mill-Rite in December 1986. The company name was changed in December 1989 to Mill-Rite Woodworking Company, Inc. to better reflect the type of products and services offered. Jennifer is active in the day to day operations since the beginning and is the majority shareholder of Mill-Rite, thereby qualifying the company as a woman-owned business. | Arturo "Art" Reyes Architectural Designer & Draftsman Has a Masters in Environmental Planning from the University of the Philippines and has been with Mill-Rite since 1992. Art handles the drafting department and works closely with designers in detailing their projects. C. Phil Fowler Mill-Rites craft department heads have a total of over a century of experience between the six departments. Finding quality people is Mill-Rites most challenging obstacle to overcome. A family atmosphere helps to keep the lines of communication open and problem solving efficient. Facility Located in Pinellas Park, Florida, Mill-Rite is conveniently located off of I-275 south near downtown St. Petersburg. Mill-Rites 54,000 square foot plant includes a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art finishing room comprised of four air in-take banks and four air exhaust banks allowing for a continual flow of clean dry air to circulate aiding in the finishing process. New equipment is continually being added or existing equipment updated to improve efficiency and to stay on woodworking technologys cutting edge. |
