| Mill-Rite Woodworking Company, Inc. specializes in high-end custom architectural woodwork and custom casework. The craft departments that comprise the plant operation are: Millwork, Casework, Laminating, Finishing, Custom Builders, Shipping/Receiving, and Installation. Each department works as a team with a "working" department head supervising daily job duties.
The administrative staff includes marketing, estimating, drafting, engineering, purchasing, field operations, project management and human resources. Mill-Rite’s philosophy has been to promote from within those employees exhibiting desire and talent to advance to their next level of achievement. However, Mill-Rite is always looking for either experienced personnel in this highly specialized industry or people that are willing to train for a woodworking career. |
